I work with high-achieving professionals, often in regional or cross-cultural roles, navigating leadership transitions, career recalibrations, or discreet pivots.
They’re experienced, accomplished, and trusted.
They’re not looking to start over.
They’re ready to move forward, differently.
But something’s shifted.
You’ve built success, yet it no longer feels fulfilling or aligned.
You’re constantly busy, but unsure if it’s moving you forward.
You’ve stepped into a new role, only to find the old playbook no longer works.
You’re navigating cultural dynamics in complex, matrixed organisations.
You feel pressure to appear confident, even when you’re not sure what’s next.
You may be stuck in cycles of overthinking, imposter syndrome, or self-doubt.
Whether you’re recalibrating your career or evolving your leadership, this work blends practical tools with personal clarity.
Clarity on what matters now and what no longer does
Practical next steps that feel energising, not overwhelming
A more intentional way of leading that aligns with who you are
Tools to navigate change with calm, confidence and adaptability
A wiser, quieter inner voice that supports rather than sabotages
A deeper sense of freedom, committed to the process but no longer defined by outcomes
Confidence to lead from who you are, not just the title you hold
Greater influence across cultures, systems and informal networks
More emotionally intelligent communication across diverse teams
The ability to make high-stakes decisions with clarity and conviction
Space to zoom out and think systemically about what’s next
I bring over 30 years of senior experience in financial services across Europe and Asia, and more than 1,300 hours of one-to-one coaching.
Throughout my career, I’ve made several significant professional pivots. My most recent corporate role was APAC Chief Digital Officer for a global insurer, so I understand the complexity of leading transformation and driving change in high-pressure, multicultural environments.
I’ve sat where many of my clients sit, balancing ambition, impact, and the quiet question: Is this still right for me?
I’ve studied, lived, and worked on four continents, and spent most of my life outside my home country. I’m what’s known as a Third Culture Individual, someone with deep cultural intelligence who can adapt to different contexts without losing themselves.
My coaching is shaped by a life of transitions and a deep respect for cultural nuance. I also work with a coach myself, because clarity shouldn’t wait for crisis. And also because I believe in walking the talk.
I work with a small number of clients at a time.
Every relationship begins with a conversation, a mutual check-in to explore fit. If it feels right, we’ll map the next step together.
Coaching with me is equal parts depth and direction. It blends structured thinking with deep. What sets it apart is how we combine cross-cultural insight, neuroscience, and adaptability frameworks with warmth, honesty, and practical structure. But more importantly, the process is client-led. Practically, this means that we start where you are, with flexibility, not rigid formula.
Together, we explore what’s no longer working, what still matters, and what kind of blueprint you want to follow next.
To create a safe space for you to think out loud
To ask expansive questions that help you see things from new angles
But insight alone isn’t enough. Without action, it’s just a good conversation.
Where you are now
Where you want to be instead
And what might be getting in the way
From there, we shape a deliberate path forward, identifying patterns to release, beliefs to rework, and actions that generate momentum. For many clients, this is a process of conscious deconstruction and thoughtful reconstruction guided by what matters most to you now, not who you were then. Over time, your inner dialogue begins to shift too.
What once sounded like a harsh, critical voice becomes, over time, a wiser, more supportive ally. That’s where real change sticks.
Justine came to coaching at a pivotal moment in her career. Outwardly, she had just stepped into a new leadership role.
Inwardly, she felt overwhelmed, questioning whether she could truly thrive in an environment that felt far outside her comfort zone.
Stress was high. Self-doubt had taken the wheel. She felt more like a passenger than a leader in her own career.
Her goal?
To find practical strategies to feel more grounded and confident without sacrificing her wellbeing.
We created space to slow down, challenge the noise in her head, and explore what it could look like to lead from self-trust, not stress.
Together, we worked on emotional regulation, mindset shifts, and redefining success - not just professionally, but personally too.
Through the process, Justine made a powerful discovery.
She didn’t have to stay in a role that drained her just to prove she could succeed.
She had a choice, and she chose to take back the driver’s seat.
The result?
A bold, unexpected career pivot. A deep sense of alignment. And happiness she hadn’t felt in years.
“I realised I had a choice. I could be in the driver’s seat of my own career. Since then, my professional life has really shifted for the better. [...] Go into coaching with an open mind. Don’t try to control the outcome. Mine was mind-blowing, and I’ve never been happier.”
Fan had just landed her first senior executive role in a fast-paced tech company.
An accomplished data scientist with a strong academic and research background, she was now leading both technical experts and cross-functional teams — a very different kind of challenge.
She was navigating ambiguity, influence, and people dynamics for the first time.
And it wasn’t always clear how to trust herself in this new space.
Her goal?
To work with a thought partner, someone who could challenge, support, and guide her growth as a leader, without agenda.
We reframed what it means to lead, not just by doing, but by influencing.
We explored how her analytical strengths could become assets in leadership and surfaced deep-seated doubts around self-belief and presence.
Together, we strengthened her confidence, expanded her toolkit for navigating complexity, and reconnected her with her natural authority.
Fan didn’t just grow into the role, she owned it.
She showed up not only as a subject-matter expert, but as a credible, calm, and confident leader.
The biggest shift?
Her relationship with herself. She started recognising and believing in strengths she had long overlooked.
“Josianne played a critical role in my transition from a domain expert to a leader. She helped me see my challenges differently and discover strengths I didn’t even realise I had.
Even when others told me, I didn’t believe them, but Josianne helped me see and own them.
She has this magic to boost your confidence and enlighten you, always from a neutral place, with no agenda other than to help.”
The Blueprint Redesign is a deep transformation journey for senior leaders ready to reshape how they lead, influence, and build trust across complexity.
You’ve already achieved what many aspire to, but success no longer feels like alignment. Leading across regions, cultures, and systems is demanding more than your old playbook can deliver.
The Blueprint Redesign is a 6-month, high-engagement coaching partnership for seasoned leaders ready to lead with more intention, adaptability, and depth.
This is a selective, high-touch programme. Priority is given to leaders navigating regional or cross-functional complexity.
We go beyond surface-level change, combining mindset shifts, real-time leadership challenges, and advanced psychometrics like Adaptability Quotient (AQ) and Hogan assessment to build trust, presence, and strategic influence in complex environments.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clearer leadership identity
- Stronger influence across cultures and informal networks
- A more grounded, adaptive way of operating, without losing your edge
To explore whether it’s the right fit, book a 30-minute clarity call. It’s a thoughtful, no-pressure conversation: just space to reflect on what’s next.
The Blueprint edit.
A strategic reset for seasoned professionals ready to lead with calm, clarity and conviction, without starting from scratch.
If you’re trusted in your role but something feels misaligned, you’re not alone.
You’ve outgrown the old playbook, but reinvention feels too drastic. The Blueprint Edit programme meets you in that in-between space.
This 4-month coaching partnership is designed to help you realign how you lead with who you are now.
You’ll clarify what matters, uncover what’s getting in the way, and begin making intentional changes, without added pressure or overwhelm.
You’ll also take the Adaptability Quotient (AQ) assessment to understand how you navigate change and where your flexibility can grow.
Clients leave with clearer thinking, renewed energy, and the tools to lead with greater alignment and less second-guessing.
This is a high-touch, limited-capacity programme.
If it resonates, book a free 30-minute clarity call to explore whether it’s the right fit. No pressure, just a thoughtful conversation.

Carol Kauffman puts it beautifully: “In therapy, you follow the trail of tears to find where people need healing. In coaching, you follow the trail of dreams.”
Counselling often focuses on healing the past. Mentoring shares personal experience to guide a more junior peer. Consulting offers expert solutions to specific problems.
Coaching is different. It assumes you already have the resources within you, even if they feel out of reach right now.
The coach’s role isn’t to advise, fix, or lead. It’s to create the space, structure, and challenge for you to access your own clarity and take aligned, sustainable action.
Every coach has his/her style. If you’ve experienced coaching that felt too generic or surface-level, this may feel very different. My approach blends depth and direction. We go beyond quick fixes to build self-leadership, adaptability, and sustainable change.
Yes. Leadership isn’t about your title, it’s about how you lead yourself and others. If you’re navigating growth, complexity, or change, you’re in the right place.
You don’t need a crisis to begin, just a sense that something’s shifting and a willingness to explore it. If you’re open to reflection, committed to change, and ready to take action, you’re ready.
We’ll explore that in your chemistry (aka clarity) call. The Edit is for recalibration, the Redesign for deeper transformation, and the Detour for urgent clarity. Together, we’ll choose the path that best supports where you are.
That’s exactly what the chemistry call is for: a two-way check-in to make sure we are comfortable working with each other.
If there’s alignment, we move forward. If not, I’ll point you toward someone who might be a better fit.
We meet every two weeks for 60–75 minutes, depending on the programme.
Between sessions, clients often spend a little time reflecting, experimenting, and/or integrating. The insights tend to unfold naturally. It is difficult to judge how much time you will need to commit, as it's very much a personal experience.
Both. You’ll gain clarity on how you think, what’s holding you back, and how to move forward, with tools and frameworks to support intentional action in real life.
It varies. Tangible results often include better decision-making, stronger presence, clearer communication, and reduced stress. How that translate into financial terms depends on your professional circumstances.
The deeper return, however, is feeling like you’re leading from a place of alignment, not autopilot. This creates a sense of inner peace and confidence. That, one might argue, is priceless.
That’s often where the real work begins. Coaching creates a psychologically safe space where you can speak freely, without fear of judgement... not from me, and not from yourself. Many clients say they think more clearly in our sessions than anywhere else.
Yes. Confidentiality is key.
I do not keep note of our conversations. I won’t share what we discuss, and I won’t use your words or name in any materials unless you give explicit permission. Some clients choose to share testimonials to help others make their decision, but that’s always your choice.
Life happens. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Because I work with a small number of clients, refunds aren’t typically offered after the programme begins, but we’ll always discuss options if something significant changes.
